Transfer an account
Transferring means handing the ownership of a domain from your account to another CoreWAF account. The new account inherits the rules, the plan and the hit history — nothing is lost. The option lives under Configure → Transfer inside the domain panel. Only the owner can start it.
Once the destination account accepts the transfer, you lose owner access to the domain: you cannot delete it, share it, or transfer it again. Rules, plan and history are kept, but from that point on the other account manages them.
How to start it
- In the domain panel, go to Configure → Transfer.
- Enter the destination account's email and click Send transfer request.
- Confirm the prompt.
- The destination account receives an email and has to accept the transfer.
While they have not accepted, you are still the owner and the panel shows the state as "transfer request pending".
Cancel a pending request
If the other account has not accepted yet, the same tab shows you the destination email and a Cancel request button. Clicking it puts everything back the way it was.
